We're launching the new community!

Our new Community is LIVE! Bonjour à tous, Actuellement vous bénéficiez 24h/24h:D’une base de connaissance de plusieurs centaines d’articles, D’un assistant virtuel pour trouver plus facilement des réponses à vos questions, D'un forum communautaire que vous connaissez bien si vous lisez ce message ;-) D'une Academy avec du contenu interactif pour prendre en main la plateformeÀ cela nous avons un support chat en ligne avec des comptables experts de la plateforme pour vous accompagner de 9h à 17h30.Aujourd’hui se pose la question d’enrichir ce support. En comparaison aux autres solutions que vous utilisez, qu’est ce que vous regrettez de ne pas avoir sur Pennylane? (Si non mentionné plus bas)

Injecting more data into your reporting takes your view on the customer journey to a whole new level. Regardless of the report or dataset you’re using—whether it’s feature adoption data or a geographical view of your customers and their support requests—smart use of more data will grant you a better view on your customer and their needs.   To better enable you to customize your reporting, we have decided to start adding custom integrations.
